It worked quicked and I did notice I lost weight. I wasn’t sure if it was water weight or actual weight at first, but when I stopped taking it, the pounds stayed off. The down side I experienced was some times I would have extreme diarrea from taking the diet pill.

These pills work!!! Atleast for me, with a healthy diet you’ll see the results faster and exercising. Just a recomendation don’t eat any fats or fried foods while you are taking this pills, you’ll find yourself going to the bathroom alot! And trust me it can’t WAIT!!
